Become a Trooper

The State Highway Patrol does not run open intakes. Troopers are selected by invitation from serving personnel across the state, and interest is noted year round. If you want to be considered, say so and it goes on the list.

Our Mission

The highways belong to everyone using them. Our job is to see that the people on them get where they are going.

State traffic enforcement and highway patrol operations across San Andreas.

The Patrol works the state routes and the interstate between Los Santos, Senora and Paleto Bay: traffic enforcement, collision response, commercial vehicle checks and assistance to any agency that calls for it. Troopers cover long distances alone, so the standard for radio discipline and for how a stop is handled is set high and held there.

Calls come to the Patrol through San Andreas Telecommunications the same way they reach every other agency in the state. Nothing on this website is dispatched.
